By accessing or using the Contractor Vault application (the "Service") operated byGuymon Inspection Services, Inc.("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Contractor Vault is a human resources information system designed for managing contractor profiles, certifications, rate sheets, contracts, and related employment documentation. Access is provided to authorized administrators and contractors only.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service by automated means.
  • Share, distribute, or disclose confidential contractor information outside of authorized business purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is the property of Guymon Inspection Services, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

6. User Content and Data Sharing

You retain ownership of the data and documents you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit all content you provide.

  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • Your profile data may be shared with clients and projects you are assigned to, for the purpose of contractor evaluation and deployment.
  • AI-powered analysis is used for resume enhancement and candidate ranking. This is advisory only and does not constitute an automated employment decision.

7. Confidentiality

The Service contains confidential business and personal information. All users agree to treat contractor data, rate information, client details, and other sensitive information as strictly confidential and to use such information only for authorized business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guymon Inspection Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
