- To send notifications regarding certification expirations, document requests, and account activity.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Clients: Professional information may be shared with clients as part of contractor placement and contract management.
- Service Providers: We use the following third-party processors that may process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — PostgreSQL database and file storage (US region). All application data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
- OpenAI — Resume parsing and AI enhancement (GPT-4o). Resume text is transmitted to OpenAI servers for processing.
- Anthropic — AI candidate ranking analysis (Claude). Professional data may be transmitted to Anthropic servers for evaluation.
- Microsoft Azure — Application hosting (Canada Central), email delivery via Office 365. Data may be processed on Microsoft infrastructure.
- Meta — WhatsApp messaging (when enabled). Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
We maintain data processing agreements with each processor.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure password hashing, role-based access controls, and audit logging. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
